New SIGN decision support app
SIGN has a new app to provide a range of decision support toolkits based on our guidelines.
The first decision support tool,В COVID-19 assessment in primary care - predicting severe disease, is available now. It provides access to:
- The rapid evidence review by SIGN and the University of Glasgow on symptoms, comorbidities, other risk factors and clinical signs in adults which may indicate a higher risk of progression to severe disease in COVID-19
- The Scottish Government's COVID-19 Primary Care Hub Triage Guide.
